Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston, born 9 August 1963 into a musically inclined family in Newark New Jersey is the daughter of the gospel singers Cissy Houston as well as John Russell Houston Jr. Also, she is the sister of singer Dionne Warwick. She began singing in the choir of the church she attended The New Hope Baptist Church in Newark when she was a child at the age of fifteen, she was singing back vocals professionally with her mother on Chaka Khan's hit song from 1978 Im Every Woman. It came with The Bodyguard of 1992 that made her one of the top-selling musicians in recent history. Though the movie was not well-received and neither did her performance, the soundtrack to the film's Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You reached the top spot on both the albums and singles charts in America for months. It sold 44,000,000 copies. It was also in 1993 that she married Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition singer with whom she bore her sole daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. At this point her use of drugs was well-documented and she started using it daily until 1996.
Dana Bash is also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz and she is employed by CNN as both a reporter, anchorwoman and political correspondent. She has created shows for the network such as Evans & Novak' Late Editionas well as Inside Politics'.
